About University
Shendi University is a Sudanese public university, and it is a member of the World Federation of Universities, the Federation of Arab Universities, the Federation of African Universities, the Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World and the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils. One of its most famous faculties is the Faculty of Medicine, located in its presidency in the city of Shendi. A republican decree was issued to establish it in 1994. The faculties in which the study began were part of the Nile Valley University to be divided to become Shendi University, Nile Valley University, and Dongola University. The study began with four colleges: the College of Medicine, the College of Law, the College of Education, and the College of Arts
